Dammar, one of the raw materials, is a light and non-yellowing plant resin derived from the Meranti tree (grown in sustainably managed forests in Sumatra). This is truly a remarkable glue for all household jobs, in fact we have an 'excalibur' test in our warehouse - no-one has prised the metal paint tin lid off the wood panelling yet, a pint of fine Stroud organic bitter to the first person who does.
